Light of the World

Bethlehem be filled with Light
Depart from Us shadow of ages
Let the Birth of the infant Christ
Fulfill the Promise once Foretold

Let the World stop its tides
Directing our thoughts to the
City of Light on the Hill top
Let us Shed our Heart for Heaven
To come settle in the Tattered Pieces
Renewing its Beauty for a Perfect Home

Make a Room in the inn of your Mind
Let the Baby Jesus Swell deep within
Prepare a road for him to thread
For the king of kings to walk in
Let his Breath fill the Universe
Igniting the Living in every Soul

Pay your Utmost Homage
Laying Flat at his Tender Feet
Bringing everything the World have
For the Mighty King just Delivered

Let his warm embrace graze our
Inner feelings with Utter Delight
And this perfect Gift of heaven
Shower our Life with Love

Merry Christmas everyone

Stay blessed
