We stare at each other closely
As though in a football match
With defense and attacks to
Put our team in the minds of the fans

Some claim that they do not follow
They build walls around themselves
And they strategise day and night
Under the sun to convince minds

Those who have it
Battle it out on the fields
Each claiming to own the ball
And the ways things should be done

Each beliefs with his set of rules
Language of worship and pattern
Working tirelessly to bring people
To their side of the field

I ponder heavily
Under the shades in my room
With the mark of the cross
On my tiny shelf
Thoughts rambling within saying
We have many religious beliefs
And those without any
In this tiny world of ours
All grab to his own portion
Battling out in the race of life

Who would help unravel the whole veil of the many that exist???
