The Great Silence

As I drop a penny
Of my coin
In the wide Ocean
Flooding the currents
Of wordpress blog

This coin
Same in likeness
But different in touch
Shaped by the sword
Of its owner
Produced a quiet sound
Loud in its crack
But silent in its depth

It settles gently
In the eyes of the ocean
As it await the throws
From the feet set by
The side of the ocean
Ready to aim the heart
Of the deepest sands

We all stare on
As our coins
Make a gentle touch
In the sands
Of the ocean
Of WordPress writing challenge
