Celebrate My 26th Existence Come Easter!!

Just like yesterday
I stare into my eyes
As the water break
The light of my face

I wept heavily
With my pen
Placed at my right hand
By my father
With the wings of the air
As it glows ever
On a thursday night

Here am I
As old age whisper
My name soon
In my 26th Life

With a call to mind
My life so far
On this rocky part
Of Mother earth
Bestowed as a gift

I scribble this
With an African hand
Breathing a Nigerian air
In a place called Mushin
I hope!
I do hope!
My existence would count
As a gift to humanity

Photo: That’s me in my cubicle(not totally clear though!)
