you are such a beauty

You are such a beauty
are you really human being?
Your eyes, your face
tells a song
of jasmine’s pea

Your hair, your nails
Your legs,
They play a pipe
the river of dreams

Where did they make you?
in a consecrated hill
Dedicated to one sole queen

your heart, your lips
The angel’s ink
They paint thee pink

Are you really human being?
I think again
For your being
is nothing,
but heavenly glee

About Michael Ogundele
