Lenten journey

Lent is here again, my favorite! It is a good time for me to sit still, re-examine my life, and watch closely the steps I take in my pilgrim journey. It’s such a wonderful season for me.

In the next 40 days or so, we would be walking together(I hope you are all dressed up for me), through some reflections, poetry and some other things that caught my fancy pertaining to my spirituality. I’m a baby child yearning and stretching to the divine master, for consolation, for peace all through my days. The peace the earth has not been able to conceive.

With me friends, let us begin. I end with the starting words, ”Lent stimulates us to let the Word of God penetrate our life and in this way to know the fundamental truth: who we are, where we come from, where we must go, what path we must take in life…” – Pope Benedict XVI

May this beautiful season be refreshing for us all!

Peace and Love of Christ!
