A Quick Notice

As an individual who has got insatiable quest for some body of knowledge such as Literature(poetry especially), Theology, Philosophy(logic and reason), Psychology, Medicine and Politics. To find an avenue to be deepen in one of this regards is a holistic search for my satiety.

I crashed upon a theology class at the Siena institute of theology for lay people run by the Dominicans here where I live in (Lagos, Nigeria), this has so far been impressive for me.

Vital questions were raised on the history of the Church, veracity and acceptance of the sacred scripture, Authority of the church, relation between faith and reason, worship of the Christian faithful, morality of the Christian life… At some point, I told myself, the Christian principle, religion in general should be embolden in much more than our primary values, but the quest of deep informed knowledge of what God is and what he should be for us.

I’m particularly excited I would be joining the trip, all bags loaded to where the feast of books and educative dialogue would unfold the beauty of God, though limited of our cerebral cavity, to the gut ever contemplative.

In this regards, in the coming weeks, I may be adding some reflections based on what I have learnt and I felt I should pass this across for those that may come here for poetry! My original intention is to always write these together, but I have been doing less of the reflections, crucifying it more or less.

Feel free to pass it through in your reader, if you see any post bracketed with reflection, or your mail as the case may be. I would respect that.

Any suggestion, ideas, or anything you’ve got in mind. Kindly let me know in the comment box.
